Digital & Social Internship

Summary

L1 Goalkeeper is seeking an individual who is driven and skilled  to contribute to our digital content team. The digital & social content intern will have the opportunity to learn new skills and make a big contribution to our growing company whilst dealing with a number of exciting products through website and social. This opportunity is unpaid, for credit internship (proof that you will receive credit is required).  You’ll be exposed to all aspects of communications including writing, video, photos and organization of media. We seek an individual to help the company moving forward.

Duties

- Assist the Social Media Managers in the day-to-day management and execution of social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook,  Snapchat, Youtube and any other newly emerging platforms)
- Identify potential news story ideas relevant to L1 Goalkeeper initiatives
- Conduct and compile research about the social media space, as well as research related to the development and execution of specific campaigns
- Content creation in various forms 
- Track and analyze website and social media statistics 
- Assist in posting content on L1 Goalkeeper website and social media channels 
- Bring innovative and fresh ideas to help improve L1 marketing ideas

Requirements

---

- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing/digital marketing
- Brilliant writing and editing skills
- Creative thinker who can contribute ideas
- Skilled team player who can handle multiple tasks at once
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized
- Strong awareness of social trends
- Ability to creatively use Snapchat, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Premiere 
​- While a strong interest in soccer and sports isn’t required, it’s most definitely a plus.
