Please see the details below for return and exchange policies. Exchange of size: It is important that your gloves fit correctly and we understand that sometimes the wrong size is purchased. Use our glove size guide to ensure good fit for future products. Please note that any returns must have L1 Gloves in the original packaging. L1 Gloves come with a protective seal on the latex. If the protective latex has been removed or if the gloves are not returned in original packaging or show any other signs of wear, we can not refund or exchange product.
Please return gloves to the address below with $6.65 check to "Goalkeeper HQ" to cover additional postage for new gloves to be sent.
In the package, please state your full contact details and what size glove you would like returned.
We recommend that all shipments sent to us are with a tracking number so that both parties can check on progress of package.
Once we receive the gloves and check for damages, we will send the new size to you.
We ask that exchanged gloves are returned to us within 20 days of purchase.
Refund: We understand that a goalkeepers gloves are a personal thing and that the gloves you purchased may not be for you. Please note that L1 Goalkeeper Gloves provide a variety of fits and come in half sizes to ensure best fit. Some of our gloves also come with optional finger spine protection for a custom feel.
